Purpose of the Bill : This Resolution establishes a Port of Wilmington Expansion Task Force to provide recommendations in regards to expanding the operations at the Port of Wilmington.

Committee Findings: Committee members recommended that the number of people on the task force be lowered from nineteen and suggested that the Secretary of the Department of Natural Resource and Environmental . The sponsor was willing to make the needed amendments, so the committee found the bill acceptable for release.
