Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 26 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CUSTOMER SITED ENERGY RESOURCES. |
Synopsis: | This bill prepares Delaware for a new technology, grid-integrated electric vehicles with vehicle-to-grid power. This technology provides electrical storage and other services to the grid; it does not generate new power and thus over time will not receive a net credit due to net metering.
