Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO RULES OF THE ROAD.
Synopsis:This Substitute Bill prohibits using a mobile telephone to send text messages or email while operating a moving motor vehicle in this State. Violations are a primary offense subject to a $50.00 civil penalty.
